EXPERIENCE: 1-2 YRS
· Supervise day to day operations in the customer service department.
· Calls to customer for pending payments, orders, quotation etc.
· Develop customer service goals and coordinate with team to meet them on a steady basis.
· Respond to customers regarding invoices, and order status in a timely manner.
· Coordinate with accounts and marketing department for providing speedy solution to the customers.
· Maintain Google sheet for MIS, records and all calling activities on day to day basis.
· Trained new team executives and ensure productivity.
· Good communication skills
SALARY : 12K-15K
· Greet and Attending the customer at the office.
· Take feedback from the customer after their showroom visit.
· Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
· Providing information about the services and products of the organization to the customer.
· Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
· Making calls to customer for showroom visit.
· Providing assistance to the heads in the administration department.
· Responsible for keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.
· Supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
· Maintain and update all the customer data in google sheet"
